Our Strand Leads

Chizaso is the Chief Legislative Counsel at the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs. He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legislative Drafting-International Law Institute and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Malawi.

He is Our current Strand Lead for the Civic Society and Governance Strand.

Emma is the Director of Water Supply and Sanitation at the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Water Developments. She holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Engineering Specialising in Soil and Water Resources from Lowa State University, a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with credit majoring in Agriculture Engineering (Soil and Water Resources) from the University of Malawi, Bunda College and a Diploma in Agriculture from University of Malawi, Bunda College.

She is Our current Strand Lead for the WASH Strand.

Tasira is the Chief Economist in the Ministry of Health and Population, Department of Planning and Policy Development.

She is Our current Strand Lead for the Health Strand.
