Save the Children, a renowned international organization, has taken a remarkable step in this direction by implementing a project aimed at creating green jobs for adolescents and youth in Mzimba and Ntcheu, Malawi. This initiative not only addresses the pressing issue of youth unemployment but also fosters environmental stewardship, promoting a brighter and more sustainable future for these regions
As part of our commitment to this cause, Save the Children has collaborated with the Mzimba District Council and various Civil Society Organizations to participate in a fair happening in Mzimba district. The fair is themed “Creating Jobs and Improving Skills for Rural Youth and Women in Malawi.” Among the activities taking place, young individuals are undergoing training in crucial areas such as career development, entrepreneurship skills, and vocational expertise.
