36 Community-Based Facilitators (CBF) have successfully completed FOCCAD specialized training program on Titukulane FCAP program. These individuals are the backbone of our community-driven initiatives, and this training equipped them with essential skills to lead and facilitate impactful sessions during community meetings. The training program included comprehensive sessions on facilitation skills, empowering CBFs to effectively engage with their communities. They have gained the knowledge and confidence to lead discussions, share information, and encourage active participation among community members. These CBF are from 24 villages across four Traditional Authorities: Mphonde, Kalimanjila, Mwadzama, and Malenga Chanzi in Nkhotakota.
