Link Malawi is excited to be supported by ToweraVunkhimbo, a Malawian netball world champion who plays for both the Malawi team and Strathclyde team in Scotland. Link Malawi’s ‘Reaching Our Goals’ project used netball-based activities to drive change and enhance students’ social and emotional learning in schools. Particular activities focused on sexual and reproductive health as well as building girls’ confidence and self-esteem. Towera has been a great role-model championing both the sport and girls’ education in Malawi.
