The first Classrooms for Malawi team since lockdown have arrived in the Warm Heart of Africa. The team is a school, Hillpark Secondary school. Hillpark secondary school through classrooms for Malawi has renovated 2 classrooms blocks for Chilangoma primary school in chileka. Hillpark arrived in the last phases of the renovation and assisted with painting learning materials on the walls. Through MaSP, Chilangoma primary school was prepared to establish school partnership between the school so that it goes beyond just renovation of the classroom blocks, and discussion between the school have taken place to forge a partnership going foward. During Hillparks stay at Chilangoma they have experienced Malawian cultural dances as well as Malawi traditional food as a way of welcoming them and sharing them part of Malawi’s culture.
