One of our members from the North, Mzuzu Coffee have received a boost from our partners at Fair Trade Scotland. Fair Trade Scotland are offering SMP members a discount on Mzuzu Coffee to support the co-op in Mzuzu and to recognise the achievements of Bernard Kaunda who will retire as CEO of Mzuzu Coffee at the end of this month.
CEO of Fairtrade Scotland Joyce Juma said: “As a Malawian farmer’s daughter resident in Scotland, I am always proud and excited when I see Malawian products here in Scotland. Mzuzu Golden Coffee is one of those rare gems to come out of Malawi.
