The Rt Hon Lord McConnell of Glenscorrodale will be delivering a lecture to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of the Scotland Malawi Partnership, during which he will broadly embrace the Anniversary and the origins of the partnership, together with its development since that time; and will look at the wider global struggles and challenges that we face today and especially in the coming decade to 2030 in the light of the continuing global health crisis.
